2020 Census Happening Now

The United States 2020 Census is happening now!  The official Census Bureau materials with detailed information on how to respond were sent out between March 12 – March 30.  Citizens have three options to respond: online, by phone, or by mail.  Responding to the Census is a Constitutional Mandate.  Information provided to the Census is protected by Title 13 and cannot be released to other agencies or persons.

April 1 is Census Day.  Census Day is the determined day to count the number of persons in a household.  Everybody counts.  For more information, visit the United States Census website at 2020census.gov.
