The meeting room may be reserved by making a reservation and completing the Meeting Room Use Application for each meeting. Reservation requests need to be received and approved 48 hours prior to requested use. Please review the meeting room policy. NOTE: Our room capacity was recently reduced to a 30 person occupancy.
Meetings are permitted on days the library is open to the public; Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays and closures. Groups may not charge admission or use the space for profit.
Applications can be submitted by email or at the Library. Please do not advertise events before receiving confirmation of your reservation.
