January 6 Happenings at the Lewistown Public Library

Board of Trustees
The Lewistown Public Library Board of Trustees will have their regular January meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Upstairs Meeting Room of the Lewistown Public Library. The public is welcome.

Save the Date – and register your team!

The 6th Annual Chili Bowl will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Jack’s Hangar starting at 5:00 p.m. Teams should be composed of no more than eight people and the cost per person is $10 – which includes a complete chili dinner and entry fee for the quiz portion of the evening. Call the Library to register your team at 538-5212. Teams can be paid for ahead of time at the Library or at the door.

Special Winter Fair Book Sale

The Friends of the Library will have a special book sale during the Winter Fair on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The sale will be comprised of the regular collection as well as Western & Collectible Books. There will be no February sale.

Baby—Pre-school Story Time
Story Time for Babies & Toddlers, and Pre-school & Kindergarten-aged children. will resume Friday, January 15, 2016. Get ready for some fun crafts and stories with new Youth Services Librarian Dani Buehler.

Library hours are 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Tuesday – Friday, and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
