Summer Reading Program WEEK 5 – Tuesday, July 2 – Saturday, July 6

Week 5 of Summer Reading begins this upcoming Tuesday and programs will involve “Deep Space”.  It’s not too late to sign up and enjoy the reading challenges and programs the Library has to offer for this summer’s “A Universe of Stories” Reading Program.

The STARlab is visiting the LPL this week. What is a STARlab you ask? Well this fabulous mini planetarium is on loan from the Museum of the Rockies. Miss Brittney is offering programming in the STARlab for our Summer Reading Program participants and it will be available for walk-in experiences on Tuesday, July 2 and Wednesday, July 3. Come in and enjoy a glimpse of the night sky in the Library. Youth and adults are welcome.

An extra special Summer Reading Program Finale will wrap up the program this year – a free showing of “Muppets from Space” at the Judith Theatre on Saturday, July 13 at 11 a.m. This event is a free, family friendly event for all Summer Reading Participants.

Drop in and sign up for Summer Reading.  The Lewistown Public Library’s Summer Reading Program is unique as we offer youth and adult programs.  Contact 538-5212 for more information or visit www.lewistownlibrary.org.
