LPL Story Time

Reserving the Library Meeting Room
Summer activities cause an increase in the requests for using the Library’s meeting room. To assure an available time (and avoid a conflict), please complete a reservation form at the front desk. Contact information and dates of use are included in this request. Please confirm availability several days in advance.

June Library Board Meeting
The Board of Trustees will meet June 12 at 2:00 p. m. in the upstairs meeting room. The public is welcome.

Summer Reading Program Activities Begin with a Bang
Activity Sheets and the Library Scavenger Hunt are available for all ages. Now is the time to report on your reading progress. Youth, grades 1-6, may attend story and craft time each Wednesday at 1:30 p. m. Come in anytime 10:00 – 1:30 p. m. on Saturdays to work on a craft. Not registered yet? Just stop by the circulation desk or youth desk to enroll. The programs run until August 2. Prizes will be awarded August 5. Plan to enjoy a summer of reading fun.

“Game of Thrones” Discussion
Join Dan Bell on June 19 at 6:00 p. m. for a discussion of “Game of Thrones.” You do not need to be a summer reading program participant to attend.
