Literary Landscapes
In conjunction with the Montana Preservation Road Show to be held in Lewistown on June 12 – 14, the Lewistown Public Library is hosting Literary Landscapes, a community book club focusing on major publications about the area. The books to be discussed include This House of Sky by Ivan Doig, All But the Waltz by Mary Clearman Blew, Tough Trip through Paradise by Andrew Garcia, and Fool’s Crow by James Welch as well as a complete recommended reading list. Library Director KellyAnne Terry will be one of the facilitators of this conversation along with Humanties Montana Director Ken Egan. The presentation will be in the Upstairs Meeting Room of the Library on Friday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Lewistown Public Library patrons will be able to attend the event in conjunction with the Adult Summer Reading Program.
